Solartech was founded out of a genuine passion for renewable energy and a deep conviction that modern engineering can and should serve to build a better future for our planet. The company’s founder is Bartłomiej Zysiński – a visionary, experienced expert in the photovoltaic and energy storage market, and an active contributor to the development of the renewable energy sector in Poland. It is his commitment, knowledge, and determination that have made Solartech one of the leading EPC companies in the country, implementing comprehensive investments for the largest players in the energy market.

Bartłomiej Zysiński
President of the Management Board of Solartech. Co-founder and member of the Management Board of the Polish Photovoltaic Society (PTF) and originator and co-founder of the Polish Chamber of Energy Storage (PIME).
An expert in the PV and energy storage market, a frequent participant and speaker at industry conferences, and one of the most recognizable experts in the Polish renewable energy sector. A trendsetter, visionary, and enthusiast of new technologies in the field of renewable energy.

Adam Janus
He graduated with an engineering degree from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. For many years, he has been involved in the broadly understood energy industry in the field of design and execution.
He holds industry construction and execution licenses. For five years, he has been responsible for construction and energy processes at Solartech. Since the 2024/25 academic year, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Production Engineering, Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Katarzyna Liberacka
She graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in engineering and has over 5 years of experience in the energy industry.
Her organizational and strategic skills have contributed to the dynamic development of Solartech in the renewable energy market.

Michał Żuk
Michał Żuk is a manager specializing in strategic and development project management in the field of modern technologies and energy transformation.
He has experience in building organizational structures, managing interdisciplinary teams, and cooperating with the scientific and industrial sectors. He is the initiator and implementer of some of the largest energy storage projects in Europe. His competencies also include designing corporate strategies, building investment partnerships, and managing special-purpose project portfolios.
